GlycoAid Refund Policy
What the sixty day money-back guarantee covers, what it does not, and exactly how to request a refund.
The Guarantee In Eight Lines
The whole thing, without the small print voice.
- Length
- 60 days
- Clock starts
- The day your card is charged, not the delivery date
- Opened bottles
- Covered. Half-used and emptied bottles both count
- What you send back
- The bottles you have, including empties
- Return postage
- Paid by you
- Refund goes to
- The card or account that paid
- Where to start
- The checkout that took the payment
- Applies to
- All three packages, identically
Why opened bottles matter
Cover that applies only to sealed packages is a returns policy wearing a guarantee badge. You cannot judge a daily supplement without opening it, and a window that closes before you could reasonably have tested the product is decorative. Sixty days is longer than a bottle and opened bottles count. That combination is what makes it usable.

How To Request A Refund
Four steps. It is the opening step that trips most people up.
- 01
Go to the checkout, not to this site
BuyGoods processed the payment and issued your order number, and the refund is processed against that record. Both the support link and your reference number sit in the confirmation email you received. This website cannot see payment records and cannot issue a refund.
- 02
Give the order number and say what you want
You do not have to justify it. It did not work for me is a complete reason. Keep it short and put the order number in the first line.
- 03
Post the bottles to the address they give you
Wait for the return address rather than guessing one. Include empties. Postage is yours and a tracked service is worth the extra because it proves the parcel arrived.
- 04
Watch for the refund on the original card
Refunds go back to whatever paid. Processing usually takes a few working days once the return arrives, and your bank may take a few more to show it.
Start inside the sixty days
What counts is when you raise the request, not when the bottles reach the warehouse. Leaving it until the last day and trusting the postal service is a poor plan.
What the guarantee does not cover
- Return postage. You pay it. That is said here rather than discovered later.
- Bottles bought elsewhere. A marketplace listing is not the official checkout and sits outside the window.
- Requests opened after day sixty. The window is a window.
- Parcels sent back without a return authorisation. Do not post anything until you have been given both a return address and a reference.
Which package the window suits
The window is a clear two months. A single bottle is one month, so you get a full bottle plus a month of thinking time. A three bottle package gives you two full bottles inside the window, which is more testing than most people need.
The six bottle package is the one to think about. Four of the six months sit outside the window, so buying it means you are comfortable owning the rest regardless. That is fine if you have taken the product before and a big assumption if you have not.
Keep two things
Hang on to the confirmation email, which carries both the reference and the support link, and to the bottles regardless of how much is left in them. Those two are the whole of what a refund request needs from you.
Sixty Days To Decide
Order, take a full bottle, and if it did nothing for you, ask for the money back. Empty bottles included.
- 60 days of cover from the charge date
- Opened and part-used bottles qualify
- Refunds go back to the card that paid
- One payment, nothing to cancel afterwards
